The website of San Francisco Bay Area musician Rich Lee

Rich Lee is an active freelance low brass musician; his primary instrument being bass trombone. He is a founding member of the Electric Squeezebox Orchestra (led by Erik Jekabson) and Morchestra (led by Tony Corman). He is also a current member of the Marcus Shelby Orchestra and Jazz Garden Big Band (led by Dave Eshelman).

He has also previously performed with many groups from the San Francisco Bay Area, including the Pacific Mambo Orchestra and the San Francisco Opera Orchestra.

Rich earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Music from California State University Hayward (now East Bay) and his Master’s Degree from Peabody Conservatory of the Johns Hopkins University. He previously studied with Dave Ridge, Craig Knox, John Engelkes, Matthew Guilford, and Randy Campora.
